Meet the ever-expanding inTec Business Solutions & Partners team!

What a day! It was a pleasure to welcome all of the team from inTec Business Solutions and Partner companies to the Cresta Court Hotel in Altrincham on the afternoon of 13th December 2019 for the first company wide conference.

This was a really great opportunity to bring together every member of each company (inTec Business Solutions, Hale Comms, Vision Corporate Services, Cheshire Business Services, Titan Networks and CFM Hub) since the group's most recent acquisition.

The afternoon started with a warm welcome from inTec's Managing Director, Simon Peck before a fun 'ice breaker' game of Pictionary! Who knew drawing a picture of a teapot could bring out everyone's competitive streak so much?

inTec's Chairman, Simon Howitt, then reviewed the company's story to date and previewed the exciting plans for considerable additional growth in 2020.

Chief Technology Officer, Ray Bell, provided a really useful overview of the group's key services and solutions.

Next, it was time to hear from the individual 'brand leaders': Simon Howitt (on behalf of Rob Dey, MD of Hale Comms, who was unable to attend the event); Giulio Laise, Vision Corporate Services; Chris Jones, Cheshire Business Services; Mick Satiar, Titan Networks; and Greg Buchanan, CFM Hub. The head of each partner company discussed their motivation for joining the inTec group as well as their vision for the new year.

Andrew Jackson, inTec's Marketing Manager, summarised the company's campaigns and promotions throughout 2019 and previewed activity for 2020 whilst Andrew Butterworth, Group Financial Controller, then discussed the on-boarding process for new partners as well as the financial plan for the future.

Ray Bell, Simon Howitt and Simon Peck provided a final systems, product and strategy update before welcoming Kate Wood and Mairi Probin from 'Engage Your People' who delivered a really interesting presentation regarding the importance of a great culture in every forward-thinking business!
